The UI Accounting & Financial Reporting department has updated the Fringe Benefit website to reflect the new proposed FY14 fringe benefits charge rates (http://www.uiowa.edu/~fusas/fringe/index.html).  These rates will not be final until they are negotiated with our cognizant federal agency this spring (usually March or April).  As such, final & approved FY14 rates may vary from what is currently published on the website.  Updates have also been made to the fringe rates for FY15 & beyond (which are estimated rates and subject to change).  You are encouraged to start using these new proposed rates in submission budgets.
