The FY 2014 fringe benefits rates are approved & final. The following rates will go into effect on July 1, 2013:

| SEIU | 36.00% |
| Merit | 51.00% |
| Fellows | 10.00% |
| Post Graduate | 15.80% |
| House Staff | 32.00% |
| Temporary | 11.70% |
| Students | 8.50% |
| Miscellaneous | 4.40% |
