Grant Accounting is pleased to announce some exciting new enhancements to the electronic Grant Reports that are available through Employee Self Service/Electronic Financial Reports (EFR).
The enhancements include:
- A new button in the Grant Inbox that allows the user to toggle between the standard Grant Inbox and a new version of the Grant Inbox called Free Balance. The new Free Balance version of the Grant Inbox provides additional attributes and financial information. It can also be exported into Excel with a push of a button.
- Within the current Financial Summary report, any Personnel or Trainee Stipend budget categories can be further expanded to see the individual’s name associated with the applicable pay and fringe.
- A new report has been added called “Payroll Summary” that provides summarized information of pay and fringe for all individuals paid on the award by pay period begin and end date.
The Electronic Financial Reports – Grant Reports User Manual has been updated to reflect these changes.
