Grant Accounting is pleased to announce that a new report, Key Personnel Committed Effort, has been added to the electronic Grant Reports available through Employee Self Service/Electronic Financial Reports (EFR).

The new report includes the Effort Period, Budgeted Committed Effort and Budgeted Funded Effort for each individual who has been identified as a Key Person that requires effort monitoring on the award.  Please note: the report will not include effort for any individuals who are not identified as key personnel by the sponsor or any effort that has not been specifically committed to the sponsor.  The information provided is based on Grant Accounting’s review and interpretation of the award documents and the sponsor budget/justification.  Questions should be directed to the Grant Accounting Contact for the award: https://gao.fo.uiowa.edu/contact-us

The Electronic Financial Reports – Grant Reports User Manual has been updated to reflect these changes.
