One of our responsibilities as a recipient of federal funding is to ensure that any funds the University passes on to a subawardees adhere to federal guidelines.  To help us to better evaluate the internal controls of our subawardees, we have implemented an Audit Certification and Financial Status Questionnaire .  This questionnaire will only be required for subawardees (individuals or entities) that are not U.S. accredited institutions of higher education. Please see the Forms section on the DSP website for more information.
